A-3 Pneumatic Three-Shot Stun Device
- The device can discharge directly from the main body, achieving contact stun effects and deterring offenders. It can also be loaded with three 6-meter stun probe cartridges at once for use at a safe distance. After firing, the cartridges are automatically ejected, allowing the user to respond to multiple attackers at the same time.
- Completely gunpowder-free, using high-pressure nitrogen as the launching power. The extended ballistic cartridge design improves accuracy.
- Equipped with manual mode, continuous discharge from the main body, and automatic mode, 5 seconds of stun discharge followed by a 1-second pause.
- Low-voltage DC wave output effectively reduces the risk of abnormal ventricular fibrillation, providing higher safety.
- Equipped with anti-snatch function and buzzer alert, with simple operation.
- Equipped with two 1913 tactical rails for additional devices such as cameras and lighting equipment.

- According to Nei-Shou-Jing-Zi No. 1090879683, the RAYSUN A-3 repeating stun device may be exported and supplied domestically for use by military, police, prosecutors, investigation units, military camp sentry security duties, and government law enforcement personnel authorized to use firearms. This also includes armored cash transport security operations.
- According to Article 7 of the Regulations Governing Permission for the Customization, Sale, and Possession of Police Equipment, only “agencies, institutions, schools, companies, firms, factories, civil neighborhood watch organizations, and persons in charge of gold, silver, and jewelry businesses that employ security guards, security personnel, patrol personnel, or public officials legally performing inspection duties, as well as those not employing security guards” may apply for purchase. Relevant documents must be submitted to the local police department to apply for permission to purchase police batons, electric police batons, stun devices, and anti-riot nets. The general public is not permitted to possess or purchase such equipment. For projectile-type stun devices, purchase permission is limited to transport security personnel.
